This song is for the generations of whippoorwills who I have loved hearing, in the woods, on my family land since I was a kid.

I give a special shout out in this song to my favorite K9 friend from decades ago, Gus. He was truly this man’s best friend.

Also for my nephew Tully Kennedy. Tully was in the line of fire, playing music on stage that night in Los Vegas, on October 1st 2017.
